Thrive Pharmacy is extremely committed to our implementation of enhanced protocols to ensure patient and employee health during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our response plan enacts an overabundance of caution both in our operations and in our interactions with our partners and patients. Below you will find a high-level overview of our response plan.
Covid-19 Booster

Update: December 1, 2021
The Center for Disease Control (CDC), in conjunction with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), has authorized a booster immunization for SARS Covid-19 for individuals previously vaccinated against the virus. The approved timing for the booster is no sooner than eight months after completing the original vaccination series.
We are now offering immunization boosters of Moderna’s SARS Covid-19 vaccine to individuals we previously immunized with the two-dose series last winter. We apologize for others seeking a booster, but as a long-term care pharmacy our priority is to provide care for the clients we service in group residential and assisted living homes.
For individuals looking to register, please contact your group coordinator for scheduling. You will be notified in advance of the location and time for your immunization. Based on our previous clinics, we will begin administering the booster during the last week of October.
